1. Terms Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing and using PureCV (“Service”), operated out of Kazanluk, Bulgaria, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description & Fees

We provide a stateless, automated CV suite generator leveraging artificial intelligence.

• One-Off Purchases: Each CV generation suite is a one-time transaction. There are no subscriptions, credits, or recurring bills.
• Merchant of Record: All transactions are processed securely through LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record, who is responsible for billing, compliance, and global sales tax calculation.

3. Refunds & EU Right of Withdrawal

Because we offer a free “Preview Before You Pay” feature, and due to the irreversible computing costs associated with AI generation, all sales are final.

For EU Consumers: By completing your purchase and unlocking the digital CV suite, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once the digital content is made available to you.

4. 2-Hour Expiration and Downloads

Due to our strict privacy and zero-retention architecture:

• Vaporization Limit: Your session data evaporates exactly **2 hours after creation**, making all your download links permanently inactive.
• Physical Deletion: The underlying physical files (PDF and HTML formats) are automatically and permanently purged from our secure Cloudflare R2 bucket within **24 hours after generation**.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for downloading your files (either individually or as a `.zip` archive) before the 2-hour session window expires. Once session data evaporates, files can no longer be accessed or recovered.
• Recovery Links: A secure session recovery link is emailed to your purchase address, but this link is also subject to the strict 2-hour session expiration limit.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee, warrant, or represent that the generated CV documents will result in job offers, interviews, or specific employment outcomes. We are not responsible for any typographical errors, metric inaccuracies, or layout deviations produced by the automated LLM layers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for personal, legitimate career purposes. You are forbidden from uploading malicious software, automated scripts, prompt injections, or files that contain illegal content. We reserve the right to block access or deny processing for any abuse of our intake API limits.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PureCV, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of potential income, employment opportunities, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for that specific generation suite.

8. Governing Law & Operations

The Service is operated from Kazanluk, Bulgaria. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union directives, without regard to conflict of law principles.
